Leinco manufactures and inventories CODEX® barcoded antibodies and complementary fluorophore-conjugated oligonucleotides. These “Ready To Stain” DNA barcoded antibodies minimize user optimization for the CODEX® high multiplex imaging system.
‘Ready to Stain’ DNA barcoded antibodies are validated according to tissue preparation, such as fresh frozen (FF) or fresh frozen paraffin-embedded (FFPE), and by tissue screened, such as liver, spleen, tonsil, brain, etc. Leinco’s DNA barcoded antibodies for CODEX® have undergone varying levels of validation and quality testing to assure conjugations are free of unconjugated antibodies and DNA barcodes.
Undoubtedly, Leinco is bridging the gap to simplify the development and manufacturing process for CODEX® users. Custom services includes the post-purification modification of oligonucleotide barcodes to custom CODEX® antibodies of your choosing. Mix and match with three CODEX® reporters, each with a distinct dye. The 4 step-process is as followed:
Choose purified antibodies screened and validated for use in CODEX®.
Choose the barcode.
Choose a matched Fluorescence reporter for your conjugated antibodies Barcoded reporter molecules include Alexa Fluor™ 488, Alexa Fluor™ 750, Atto 550, and Cy5.
Receive Antibodies conjugated to unique oligonucleotide barcodes paired with reporter molecules conjugated to complementary barcodes.
Leinco purified (CODEX® Ready) antibodies are suitable for oligonucleotide conjugation, formulated in conjugate ready buffers to minimize the antibody preparation needed when performing a CODEX® barcode conjugate.
Overcoming challenges of traditional multiplexed immunofluorescence staining has now become easier with the CODEX® ultrahigh multiplexed imaging system and assay reagents. This innovative, highly scalable technology targets subsets of an antibody panel through repetitive imaging cycles while revealing over 40 biomarkers in a single tissue section. The CODEX® technology was pioneered in Dr. Nolan’s lab at Stanford and now patented by Akoya Biosciences.
